About the role

  • Under Section 5(1) and (1A) of the Tax Appeals Tribunal (Amendment) Act of 2022, the term of service shall not exceed three (3) years but shall be eligible for re-appointment for one further term of three years.
  • The Member of the Tribunal shall serve on a full-time basis.
