Payment questions

Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them, whether or not you are on Pro.
When is a credit used?
Only when you unlock an application to have its documents written, or when you choose a one-off extra such as a mock interview, a LinkedIn rewrite or an expert review. Fit checks never use credits.
How does Pro renew?
M-Pesa has no automatic monthly debit, so Pro runs for a month from the day you pay. We email you three days before it ends; paying again adds another month. If you do nothing, Pro simply stops and your credits stay.
How does M-Pesa payment work?
Choose what you are paying for and enter your Safaricom number. A prompt appears on your phone; enter your M-Pesa PIN to approve it. It is applied as soon as M-Pesa confirms the payment.
What if a payment fails?
If the prompt is cancelled or times out, nothing is charged. You can try again straight away. If money left your M-Pesa and nothing appeared, contact us with the M-Pesa confirmation code.
Can I get a receipt?
Every payment is listed on your Credits & Pro page with its M-Pesa confirmation code.
