  • Deputise Director HRM&D; implement HR policies; succession and HR planning; career development; labour law interpretation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Public Administration, HRM or social sciences
  • Master's in HR an advantage
  • Senior Management course (min 4 weeks); computer skills
  • Certified HR Professional, IHRM member in good standing
  • Chapter Six compliance
